Switching your financial relationship to First Citizens State Bank is quick and easy with these few steps that follow. Put Your Old Accounts To Rest...

It is important to remember a few key points when preparing to close your old accounts:

1. Consider any outstanding checks or withdrawals you have pending, make sure you have sufficient funds to cover these transactions to avoid any bank charges.
2. Check that there are sufficient funds to cover any automatic withdrawals or payments that may be occurring during the transition.
3. If you aren't going to be using your old account and have no need for the checks, be sure to destroy them safely to prevent theft.
4. Make sure you save your statements and cancelled checks if you have them - you may need them for future reference.

Change Direct Deposits and Automatic Payments...

If your employer or other sources of income direct deposit funds to your account, you will want to contact and inform them that you would like your funds deposited into your new First Citizens State Bank account.
