Living Trusts
Under living trust agreements, and individual transfers property to a trust during his or her lifetime for the benefit of themselves, their family or their beneficiaries. The trust can be revocable or
irrevocable. This service may also be provided with or without investment services.
- Living trusts WITH Investment Services: Making this selection provides you with our team of highly qualified personnel to invest and manage your assets to your best advantage. Our annual fee will
be ¾ of 1% with a minimum fee of $600 per year.
- Living trusts WITHOUT Investment Services: With this service, we take possession of and protect your property and buy or sell securities of investment grade at your discretion. Our annual fee will
be ½ of 1% with a minimum fee of $600 per year.
Testimony Trusts
Testimony trusts are established by the provisions of the Last Will and Testament of an individual. Upon death of the individual under this agreement, we as trustee, take possession of and protect your
property under the trust; receive income and payments due the trust; distribute the same according to the Will Provisions; keep a current and understandably accurate set of books for the trust; obey and
perform all orders of the court. Our annual fee will be ¾ of 1% with a minimum fee of $600 per year.
Personal Representative
Formerly known as the "Executor" or "Administrator" of an estate, the Personal Representative is appointed by the Court. As Personal Representative we take possession of and manage your property after death;
we will work with your attorney to prepare a complete inventory of the assets and notify all interested parties of same; we also collect income due and make disbursements on legitimate claims; assist in
determining the names of possible heirs as well as beneficiaries names in your Will; determine and pay all taxes due; prepare a Final Account and distribute the remaining assets to the proper heirs and file
receipts with the Court for the same.
Our fee is set by Wisconsin State Statute 857.05 which is 2% of the inventory value, plus net corpus gains for the entire period of service. Reasonable additional compensation may be allowed by the Court upon
the Court's review and approval.
Agency Trust
We will safeguard and hold your securities and collect income or principal due. We can act as either a discretionary (investment authority) or non-discretionary (investment consulting) investment agent as per
your direction. Our annual fee will be ¾ of 1% with a minimum of $600 per year.
Custodian Trust
We will safeguard and hold your securities and collect income or principal due, buy or sell securities at your direction. Our annual fee will be ½ of 1% with a minimum fee of $600 per year.
Guardian or Conservator Trust
The court will appoint a guardian when a person is unable to mange his/her own affairs, either by reason of being a minor or deemed incompetent. If an individual wishes to have the Bank help them manage their
affairs, they may voluntarily petition the Court to appoint a Conservator. Our annual fee is ¾ of 1% with a minimum monthly fee of $75.
Durable Power of Attorney
The Durable Power of Attorney is a very powerful document to provide management of one's assets when a person is either physically or mentally incapable of doing so themself. The Bank will manage the assets
in the best interest of the individual and provide for the care of the individual set for in Wisconsin Statutes. The Durable Power of Attorney is frequently tied to a Living Trust for a greater continuity
and protection for one's property. Our annual fee will be ¾ of 1% with a minimum fee of $75 per month.

Annual Fee Explanation: Our annual fee is based on the market value of the securities principal with bonds included at par. This schedule of fees is to serve as a guide in determining approximate
costs of the various services. The bank may alter the price structure or may charge a particular account different fees from the schedule if it deems the magnitude of the work involved warrants it. Any
accounts which require court accounting will be subject to prior court approval of fees charged. If real estate is part of the account relationship, additional fees are assessed. The expense of preparing
tax returns, if any will be billed to the account at our cost.
