For your convenience, we have introduced our Remote Deposit solution allowing you to scan and submit your deposits electronically without ever having to visit your nearest branch location.

What is needed

  • Your computer.
  • A document scanner, Unisys Smart Source 30 dpm scanner is recommended.
  • Our software.
  • A High Speed Internet connection.

The Process

  • Make sure your deposit balances.
  • With the document scanner connected to your PC, you can send the checks you want to deposit through the scanner. The images of the front and back of the checks are captured on your PC.
  • Confirm the images are clear
  • Once all of your checks have been scanned, log onto our Secure Server and transmit your deposit.
  • That’s it; your deposit has been made.
  • Hold the checks in safekeeping after they are scanned and destroy them after an appropriate holding period.
