E-Statements

First Citizens State Bank offers the security and convenience of receiving your statements electronically.

  • Utilizing our E-Statement service allows you to view 18 months of past e-statements online all stored securely for your safety and protection.
  • Your E-Statements are exact duplicates of the paper statements you receive now and contain the same information as well as convenient balancing and reconciliation tools.
  • E-Statements protect your identity by cutting back on the amount of account information sent through the mail.
  • They are also good for the environment by reducing the amount of paper and energy used to produce paper statements!

Enrollment with E-Statements requires Adobe and for you to be enrolled in and using Internet Banking. You agree that you will no longer receive a paper copy of your statement via the U.S. Mail. If your email address changes, you will need to change it in your Internet Banking Profile or notify the bank. You have the right to cancel your enrollment at any time by notifying First Citizens State Bank.

Mobile Banking

First Citizens State Bank has taken yet another step to put your banking in the palm of your hand!

Now you can download the First Citizens State Bank mobile app to your smartphone and use your smartphone’s browser or text messages to access your accounts! You’ll need to have an account with First Citizens State Bank that is setup for online access. Don’t have an account? Stop in and open a new account today!

  • Check your account balances for all of your First Citizens State Bank accounts
  • See the latest transactions affecting your accounts
  • Transfer funds between your accounts at First Citizens State Bank
  • See pending transactions that will be posting to your account
  • Pay Bills (requires enrollment in Bill Pay)

Account Alerts

First Citizens State Bank has given you the ability to be the first to know when transactions affect your accounts. With account alerts you are able to be automatically notified by text message or email when transactions occur on your accounts!

  • Checking and Savings Account Alerts

  • Debit Card Activity (email only)
  • Savings Account Alerts – Low Balances
  • Loans – Loan Payments Past Due

Using Account Alerts

To setup, view or delete an alert on your account(s), click on the Alerts tab.
You can view, edit or delete existing alerts by clicking the corresponding word while in Alerts.

To create a new alert:

  1. Choose an Alert Event Category (Checking Events, Savings Events or Loan Events).
  2. Click on Setup New Alert.
  3. Select a Category.
  4. Select a Type.
  5. Complete the Required Fields.
  6. If you choose an email alert, be sure to enter your email address.
  7. If you choose a text alert, be sure to enter your 10 digit cell phone number and carrier.
  8. Click Finish.
